Natalya Kaspersky, InfoWatch Chief Executive, Chairperson of the Board of Directors and one of the founders of Kaspersky LaboratoriesBorn on February 5, 1966, in Moscow. Graduated from the Moscow Institute of Electronic Engineering, specializing in Applied Mathematics. Ms. Kaspersky also has a bachelor’s degree in business from the British Open University. In 1997 Natalya founded the Kaspersky Lab together with three other programmers and subsequently headed the company for more than ten years. In this time she has turned a start-up project into an international IT market leader with a turnover of several hundred million dollars (US). In 2003 Kaspersky Lab founded a new company called InfoWatch, dealing with the development of private data protectors from internal threats (DLP systems). InfoWatch experts have created a unique high-performance data protection system from internal threats, which is in high demand both in Russia and abroad. Since 2007 Natalya has headed InfoWatch as Chief Executive. |

Rustem Khayretdinov, InfoWatch Deputy Chief ExecutiveBorn on March 30, 1966, in Tatarstan. Graduated from the Lomonosov Moscow State University (Department of Mechanics and Mathematics) and a postgraduate from the Institute of Mechanics of Multiphase Systems at the Russian Academy of Sciences. Rustem has been working in information technologies for over twelve years and has acquired considerable experience and knowledge in this field. His career began in 1992 at the Steepler company. From 1996–2004 he occupied executive positions in several leading IT companies, including Dell Systems, IBS, and Gorod-Info. For two years Rustem worked as a Deputy Director at the Russian office of the Kaspersky Lab, helping the company to achieve significant sales growth and strengthen its positions on the corporate market for data protection systems. Making progress in his professional activity, Rustem did not forget about self-education and training, where he became actively involved. Rustem completed courses in sales, marketing, finance, and technologies at IBM, Dell, Hewlett-Packard, and other companies. Rustem has published a number of corporate sales papers in the Russian media. |

Oleg Mikhalsky, International business development directorOleg has over ten years’ experience in managing information technologies and security solutions. From 2001 to 2008 he worked for Kaspersky Lab where he was developing technology licensing and enterprise business worldwide and helped the company to become the leader in licensing antivirus technologies to third party vendors. Oleg graduated from the information security faculty of a Russian military academy, studied international marketing and finance and received an MBA in strategic management. He also coauthored a series of books and papers on information security. |
