Rules for participation in the program
The status of InfoWatch Security Integrator (IWSI) will be given to the partner, who will carry out the sale and implementation of InfoWatch technologies with its own qualified maintenance staff and on its own behalf.
IWSI, within the framework of the project, focuses on the implementation of the system of protection against internal threats, conducts the survey of the customer’s information systems, the implementation of InfoWatch technologies, and the conclusion of necessary contracts. At the same time, IWSI has the opportunity to use the consulting and technical support resources of InfoWatch under the conditions specified in the agreement. The contract for the supply of InfoWatch software licenses and for work on implementation is concluded between the client and IWSI.
IWSI may, when appropriate, use the consultants and engineers of InfoWatch to participate in the implementation of InfoWatch products, as well as consultants and engineers of other partners of InfoWatch on subcontract conditions.Conditions for obtaining the InfoWatch Security Integrator status by a partner
For a company to obtain the IWSI partner status, it must prepare and certify a minimum of one specialist, one sales specialist, and one engineer. All specialists are trained and certified at the InfoWatch training center.
The responsibilities of the sales specialist include the representation of InfoWatch technologies to potential customers, and explaining to them the positioning of these technologies within the market of technological means of protection against internal threats. The specialist should understand the main competitive advantages of the InfoWatch technologies and marketing products of major competitors. Also, the specialist must have skills in giving presentations and needs to know how to carry out negotiations with customers.
The engineer should be able to carry out the installation and configuration of InfoWatch solutions at customer locations and resolve software conflicts with applications already running in the internal system of the customer. At the preliminary stage this specialist should be able to demonstrate to the customers’ technical specialists the capabilities of the InfoWatch solutions on a demo workstation.

The competence of the specialists is confirmed by the corresponding personal InfoWatch certificate, issued for one year.
Every IWSI should, not later than three months after receiving the status, create an operating demo work station with InfoWatch products installed. The technical requirements for the work station are given upon the conclusion of the partnership agreement.
