Limitation to viewing object’s contents

Any object intercepted by the system may contain personal information. Therefore, the System devides the ob-ject’s data into the service data (the object’s transportation data, the data abouth the processing of the object in the System) and the object’s contents (the text, attachments, some attributes such as the recipient list, subject, etc). The service data is available to any user. But the object’s contents cannot be viewed by all users as they may contain private data. Only by users who is authorized to view private data, it need be done specially via system settings to such users.
